Following the in-home meeting and scan, we begin the initial design phase. Using our advanced design software, we create a detailed 3D model of your basement. This allows you to see realistic images of the proposed layout, finishes, and overall look before construction begins.

Once the initial design is complete, we review everything with you to confirm the final layout, selections, and overall vision. Any necessary adjustments are made to ensure the design aligns perfectly with your expectations. After final approval, we move forward with scheduling and secure a construction start date that works for you.

Once all permits are approved, construction begins. Our team coordinates every phase of the project, including framing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, drywall installation, flooring, painting, and finish carpentry. Each trade is carefully scheduled to ensure the project moves forward efficiently and meets our quality standards.

We are with you every step of the way, ensuring clear communication and quality craftsmanship throughout the entire project. Once everything is completed to your satisfaction, we conduct a final walkthrough to confirm every detail meets your expectations. After final approval, we officially close out the project and leave you with a beautifully finished basement ready to enjoy for years to come.
